In order to welcome the Spring Festival and create warm, happy and peaceful festive atmosphere, plants and floral landscape have been arranged by Yuyao Landscape Management Center(hereinafter to be referred as the Center). 380,000 plants and flowers are to serve the main road such as Nanlei South Road, Tanjialing West Road, South Binjiang Road, Zhongshan North Road, around the High-speed Railway North Station and the Lanjiang Square.

Themed as "spring", the greening sculpture of Lanjiang Square are decorated with red lanterns in the center and "spring" in the middle, wishing all citizens in Yuyao a happy, healthy and prosperous new year; lined with red fans at both sides, representing good luck, beautiful and joyful new year. The green carving is 17 meters long and 7 meters high and it overlaps with each other indicating the essence of Yuyao's industry and advanced equipment. The green leaves indicate that Yuyao is full of energy and is expecting good harvest for farmers. The green plants and flowers are of rich varieties and are to boom during the festival. Rhododendron stands for "love for the beautiful life in my mind". The plants include 5,740 tulips, 500 daffodils, 3,000 primroses, 2 cuckoos, 4 camellias, as well as daffodils and thunderbolt carnation. The plant and flora are colorful and neatly matched.

Since New Year's day, more than 30 staffs in the Center have been working for 15 hours a day so that the citizens may enjoy the beautiful scenery as soon as possible. The arrangement is expected to complete on Jan. 20.
