Ningbo Sand Code helps building materials supervision in Cixi City, forming a closed-loop supervision mode of one-code verification and one-code traceability by online supervision, promoting the legal and compliant business behavior of enterprises, improving management efficiency and quality of building materials.

Since July 2021, Ningbo Concrete Code, an-electronic certificate, has been fully put into practice in Ningbo’s ready-mixed-concrete industry by Ningbo Building Materials Management Service Center. As an online supervision platform for the whole process of local building materials in Ningbo, Ningbo Concrete Code has gradually realized the data sharing and information interconnection of the whole process of building materials by using technical means such as cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of things and mobile Internet, and can accurately trace the source and destination of each batch of materials.

The Ningbo Sand Code supervision platform has been fully applied in construction sand production and operation enterprises in Cixi since March 3 this year, forming a multi-span quality traceability closed-loop supervision mode of commercial concrete featured with one-code verification and one-code traceability. The construction sand management module targets on inspector and dispatcher, leading to a closed-loop construction sand management with commercial concrete enterprises covering the operation of entering the construction sites, processing, inspecting and exiting the construction sites. In view of the problems in the operation process, on March 9, five staffs from Ningbo Building Materials Management Service Center, Zhejiang Shenyue Information Technology Co., Ltd., the developer of Ningbo Local Building Materials Online Supervision Platform, went to building material companies such as Ningbo Henglei Mining Co., Ltd., Cixi Runli Stone Co., Ltd. and Cixi Kaishi Building Materials Co., Ltd. for special investigation,  to adjust, optimize and upgrade the system of Ningbo Sand Code.
