It was reported that builders of Zhejiang No.2 Construction company worker overtime during the Spring Festival to promote the construction of key projects.

On this Spring Festival, more than 200 workers of the project worked hard in the reinforced concrete “jungle”, fulfilling the task of pouring 9000 cubic meters of concrete with practical performance.

The project is an important component of the "Thousand Trillion Project" in Zhejiang province - Ningbo Orient University of Technology (temporary name) Campus Construction Project, with a total construction area of 137,000 square meters and a total investment of 780 million RMB. It is expected to finish construction and to be delivered before the start of the fall of 2025. In order to ensure the early and smooth completion of the project, staffs of the project department stuck to their positions and accelerate construction during the Spring Festival. “I feel a great sense of achievement watching the building continue to rise," said Ran Xinghua with a smile, an electrician from Hubei. This is his first Spring Festival in the project, and it is very meaningful to celebrate the new year in this way.

Concrete construction requires continuous pouring and one-time molding. The head of the comprehensive team, Shao Zhixin, was busy on site early in the morning, arranging the team to prepare for pouring and compacting, making contacts with the concrete pump truck drivers, and coordinating on the transportation road. To ensure the quality of pouring, Shao Zhixin and his colleagues cast sharp eyes on each pouring point and used a vibrating rod to vibrate the newly poured concrete into the mold occasionally, making sure of the uniform and layered pouring of the concrete.
