According to the spirit of Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Approval System for Construction Projects issued by the General Office of Ningbo Municipal People's Government (NO.67 in 2019 of documents issued by Office of Ningbo Municipal People's Government), the construction projects in Ningbo shall have to go through government formalities of the quality and safety supervision registration and construction permit at the same time, and the construction permit shall be approved by commitment mechanism, and the site survey shall be included in the supervision during and after the project construction.

In order to further improve the road network structure of Yinnan District in the central city of Ningbo, speed up urban development and construction, and relieve the traffic pressure of Guzhang East Road, an important road in Yinnan District as Guzhang East Road project (from Xueshi Road to Qingyuan Avenue)will be under construction, covering a total length of 637 meters. It is an urban trunk road with two-way six lanes.

On Nov.10, 2020, a site survey on Guzhang East Road project was conducted. It proved to meet the commitment according to the data submitted by the developer. The implementation of the above project will further improve the cultural and residential environment nearby and highlight the quality of Ningbo.
