In order to implement the relevant instructions of Ningbo Municipal Official leaders, to accelerate the transformation of dilapidated houses of poor families in rural areas and further improve the safety management of urban and rural housing in Ningbo, Ningbo Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau(hereinafter referred to as the Bureau) held a meeting on the arrangement of urban and rural housing safety in the afternoon of July 31, attended by more than 30 person in charge of the Property and Housing Management Office, Ningbo Housing Safety and Property Management Center, official leaders in charge of the Bureau in administrative districts in Ningbo and heads of the departments (offices and centers).
The meeting delivered the importance of safety production, and arranged covering work such as the safety investigation of rural dilapidated houses, the renovation of dilapidated houses in rural areas, the opening of local government affairs in rural housing renovation, grid management of urban and rural housing, safety inspection and prevention in flood season, and emergency handling of urban and rural housing. All localities exchanged and reported the following work measures and existing difficulties, and actively offered suggestions for the safety management of housing in Ningbo.
Zhang Bo, Director of the Property Management Department of the Bureau delivered a speech at the end of the meeting. In view of the current situation and problems of financial assistance for the reconstruction of dilapidated houses in rural poor families, grid management of urban and rural housing, and emergency response and so on, he set out following tasks; at the same time, it is required to think from the unified perspective and keep alert of the housing safety, follow the target requirements of “keep dynamic record and make sure no household to be left, and make long-term governance and take the lead”, continuously deepen and promote the investigation and treatment and transformation of urban and rural dilapidated house work, in an effort to fulfill housing safety management.
