Chen Shoudan, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of Ningbo Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau (hereinafter to be referred as the Bureau), visited and guided the work of Ningbo Housing Safety and Property Management Center(hereinafter to be referred as the Center), accompanied by Huang Yulin, Member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Bureau, and relevant responsible staffs of the Bureau Office and Property Management Department.

The leader of the Center briefly introduced their current situation, reported the progress of the key tasks this year and the work ideas for next year, and made a detailed report on deepening the overall implementation of strictly governing the party, building the party brand featured with serving the people with whole heart, and improving the management system and personnel training system.

After listening to the report, Chen Shoudan pointed out that this year is the first year for the Center as well as the starting year to establish various work mechanisms, lay the foundation, promote integration and comprehensively establish the work functions. For the next key work, Chen Shoudan required the Center to continue to do a good job in Party building on one hand, promote the system construction based on building featured party brand, constantly processing on working mechanism, persistently strengthen the awareness of risk prevention and control, face difficulties and persevere in paying attention to “People 's livelihood” and “key issues” in the field of housing safety and property management. On the other hand, it is necessary to deepen the three key actions of the construction industry, such as the transformation of old urban residential areas, the improvement of property service quality and housing safety management, the enhancement of safety and quality supervision, the deepening of legal property construction, working as the general housekeeper of Ningbo's housing and property industry, and making contribution to the development of Ningbo as a model student of “important window” of construction in Zhejiang.
