Please find the following another piece of good news for Yinzhou Avenue Expressway, Haishu Section. Along with the last steel beam at Wanquan intersection was steadily fixed, the main viaduct and ramp bridge structures of Yinzhou Avenue Expressway, Haishu Section(covering from eastern part of Youngor Avenue to western part of Wanlong Road) were connected throughout the whole line. This project construction made significant progress according to its timetable, laying a solid foundation for the completion of the tasks of the whole year, and boosting local economy in the first quarter in 2023.
The length of the elevated structure in this section is 2.146km, accounting for 55% of the total mileage of the main line, installed by a total of 599 small box girders and 123 steel girders.
Since the commencement of the project, Ningbo Connecting Line Company and all participating units of the project have closely focused on the construction progress of the key lines, and it took the building companies 402 days to fulfill the connection of the whole line of the first main line and ramp bridge structure. Although six long capping beams of the main line of this section were difficult to lay due to the sewage pipeline and water supply pipeline with a depth of 7 meters underground, the project department relocated the pipeline 15 days in advance, and optimized the capping process and support scheme affected by the pipeline, which led to the completion of the substructure 20 days prior to the building schedule. In the face of adverse factors such as ultra-high temperature weather in summer, Hongrun Group responsible for this bid section optimized the concrete curing construction process by embedding cooling water pipes in the pilot and kept pace with the production progress of steel structural beams in key lines, ensuring the construction schedule of the bridge structure.
Up to now, or the project of Yinzhou Avenue Expressway, Haishu Section, 90% of the pile foundation, 79% of the cushion cap, 77% of the column, 75% of the capping beam, 65% of the small box girder and 25% of the steel structure have been completed (including 11% of the steel girder of the Yinzhou Grand Bridge), which is due to open by the end of 2024.
