To further cooperate with the People's Court in optimizing the judicial assistance execution process for real estate property and improving the efficiency of judicial pre-sealing business handling and interdepartmental collaboration, on the morning of April 28th, Ningbo Real Estate Market Center and Ningbo Real Estate Registration Center conducted a special meeting on judicial pre-seizure business, attended by the heads of the New House Management Section and Industry Development Section of Ningbo Real Estate Market Center. Both sides had in-depth exchanges on key links such as data sharing, business cooperation, and risk prevention.

During the meeting, the problems existing in the current judicial pre-seizure business handling were carefully sorted out by both sides, such as the non-uniformity of the execution target, the insufficient validity of shared data, and the need to optimize the cross-departmental business cooperation process and so on. Both departments pointed out that judicial pre-seizure, as an important measure to protect the rights and interests of creditors and maintain judicial authority, and it further improves the real-time information sharing and seamless business connection between the registration department and the transaction department, which is of great significance to prevent the transaction risks of new commercial housing.
