In order to implement the housing provident fund's favorable policies and build a new type of government-enterprise service relationship, on Mar. 30, 2025, Ningbo Housing Provident Fund Management Center Beilun Branch (hereinafter to be referred as the Beilun Branch), in collaboration with China Everbright Bank, took the opportunity of the third Industrial Workers' Park Run and launched a special campaign titled "Housing Provident Fund Enters the Park for Service Promotion Year" in the Lingfeng Industrial Community. The activity is themed as "Provident fund benefits residents and enterprises, serving thousands of families", which precisely satisfying the housing needs of over 300 employees from more than 20 key enterprises participating in the park run.

Government and bank collaboration. A government-bank collaborative service platform was set up at the spot, supported by a special service team of housing provident fund business experts and bank credit experts to provide policy interpretation, business pre-approval, and financial consultation, achieving an organic integration of policy interpretation and financial support, and addressing enterprises’ problem of finding it difficult to apply the policy. Regarding the high-frequency matters that industrial workers are concerned about, such as flexible employment contributions, cross-provincial services, and combined loans, the staff conducted case policy demonstrations and distributed over 200 policy guides on the spot. An employee from an auto parts company, after his consultation on the transfer and continuation of provident fund from elsewhere, said, “The professional answers from the team staff made the complex policies clear and operable. The event successfully solved our urgent problem.”

Scene integration led to practical results. As an innovative carrier for deepening the collaboration between the government and enterprises, the Anju-themed park run deeply integrated policy promotion with the sports. The 4.5-kilometer smart track was embedded with digital interactive parts such as "Anju Knowledge Challenges", integrating housing finance knowledge into the sports scene. The participants were full of energy and ultimately competed for individual winner and team awards, fully demonstrating the high morale of the industrial workers in Beilun.

Precise services enhance efficiency. By creating an "government-led + bank-coordinated + enterprise-participated" Anju service orientation, policy benefits have been precisely conveyed to residents through data sharing and product co-creation, forming a positive cycle of expanding the coverage of contributions, and further enhancing the awareness and participation rate of the housing provident fund system.
    In the next step, Beilun Branch will continue its collaboration with banks to carry out measures such as the "Service and Promotion Year in Industrial Parks", continuously keep industrial workers informed of the housing provident fund system, and effectively help them to benefit from the advantages of the housing provident fund system so that they are able to own their affordable and decent houses.
