In order to deeply study and implement the spirit of the speech delivered by Yi Lianhong, Secretary of Party Committee of Zhejiang province during his research in Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Zhejiang province, on the afternoon of March 25th, Ningbo Construction Data and Archives Management Center (hereinafter to be referred as the Center), in accordance with the relevant implementation plan requirements, conducted a Special Party Course themed as "People's Satisfaction with Reform, Innovation, Quality and Efficiency Improvement" by representatives of the Center's party members, attended by all party members and cadres of the Center.

The Fulfillment Plan for Deepening the Study and Implementation of the Speech Spirit of Yi Lianhong, Secretary of Party Committee of Zhejiang Province during His Research in Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Zhejiang province issued by Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Zhejiang province was firstly delivered, clarifying the Center’s requirements for learning and implementation, and it was emphasized that the spirit of learning and speaking must be seen in specific actions and actual results, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

The first part of the party course is about the new requirements of "building a high-quality provincial model of Chinese path to modernization in urban-rural areas" and "three new" and "four high" put forward by Secretary Yi Lianhong during his research in Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Zhejiang province, aiming to help the attendees to comprehensively grasp the core essence of his speech. Then followed by the second part, the speech by teleconference made by Ying Baiping, Director of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Zhejiang province, driving attention to the key points of Secretary Yi Lianhong's important speech during his visit to Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Zhejiang province, targeting at "three profound insights," "three profound grasp," and "four focuses," deepening the understanding of spiritual learning, clarifying the measures and requirements for various work, and promoting the transformation of learning effectiveness. The third part is to convey and learn the spirit of Housing and Urban Rural Construction Work Conference in Ningbo in 2024, summarizing the "three focuses, eight highlights" and the "four aspects and thirteen tasks", enhancing the sense of urgency and responsibility, clarifying why to exert their efforts and in right direction based on their own advantages and disadvantages.

In the following days, the Center will continue to closely follow the "three first projects", "steady progress" and "the first meeting of the new year" put forwarded by Party Committee of Zhejiang province, especially the spirit of Secretary Yi's important speech during his visit to Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Zhejiang province, targeting at the goal of "striving to create a high-quality provincial model of Chinese path to modernization in urban-rural areas", reassuring new position, responding to new expectations, grasping new tasks, and striving to fuel the digital housing and urban-rural development and urban construction data and archives in Ningbo to a new level.
