Cybersecurity Meeting for Supply Chain Enterprises Held by Digital Governance Center of Ningbo Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau

In order to implement the requirements of cybersecurity management and enhance their awareness of cybersecurity, on June 17, the Digital Governance Center of Ningbo Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau (hereinafter to be referred as the Center) held a cybersecurity meeting for supply chain enterprises.

The requirements of higher-level departments for strengthening cybersecurity during important periods was conveyed at the meeting  and the key points of cybersecurity work was clarified. Meanwhile, the persons in charge of the supply chain enterprises present exchanged management experiences and discussed key links such as data transmission, system vulnerabilities, and emergency response during the project implementation process. They proposed to enhance personnel training, improve protection skills and compliance awareness, intensify on-duty and emergency response, and jointly build a cybersecurity defense line in the housing and urban-rural development field.

Finally, it is emphasized at the meeting that the following measures should be taken. Firstly, it is necessary to improve the system establishment by setting up a complete cybersecurity responsibility system, management process, and a strict implementation system; Secondly, technical protection should be focused. More technical investment should be made and advanced cybersecurity equipment should be introduced to enhance protection levels; Thirdly, more attention should be paid to monitoring and early warning. A regular monitoring mechanism is to be set up to promptly discover potential risks and hidden dangers to improve active defense capabilities; Fourthly, emergency management should be highlighted. More work should be done to improve emergency plans and conduct regular drills to ensure rapid response and efficient handling when cybersecurity incidents occur.

The above meeting further consolidated the cybersecurity consensus among supply chain enterprises in the housing and urban-rural development field and laid a solid foundation for doing a good job in cybersecurity during important periods. In the next step, the Center will continue to strengthen overall coordination, deepen government-enterprise cooperation, strictly prevent cybersecurity risks, and provide security guarantees for the digital transformation of the housing and urban-rural development industry.
