a. Be responsible for the development of the city construction bureau system and the promotion of information technology;

b. To implement the standards of national, provincial and municipal information construction, organize and coordinate about the questions of information sharing platform , database construction, the development of important information resources and implementation of information construction;

c. Be responsible for organizing the review of the construction program about information systems,and guiding the construction of E-government security system;

d. Be responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the information system.
