Main function:

a. Draft local laws and regulations for the construction market management.
b. Guide and regularize the admission into the construction market for construction supervision, contract management, project risk management, prospecting design and consultation industries and its management.
c. Be responsible for the qualification examination and management of construction enterprises, construction installation enterprises (including indoor and outdoor remodeling and decoration), municipal project enterprises, construction supervision companies, prospecting design and consultation units.
d. Be responsible for the registration of construction practice in construction field.
